Toutefois, ce projet de loi, qui prévoit un nouveau mécanisme ayant le pouvoir d’assouplir les restrictions légales à la privatisation des entreprises publiques et de céder des ressources publiques aux investisseurs, devrait avoir un impact négatif sur plus de douze millions de personnes dans le pays et rendre le ministère du travail inefficace.
